About Kamil

Kamil Chowdhury is a Chartered Surveyor, who is based in West Kent, but has spent his entire career working in the residential and mixed use development arena in London and the South East.

His experience extends over 30 years, firstly at Savills, then CBRE and now Petrichor Property Consulting. Over this period he has established strong working relationships with many senior ranking executives on both client and consultancy practices.

Throughout his career he advised a very broad range of clients including:

• Housebuilding companies
• Private developers
• Institutional funds
• FTSE 100 companies
• Public bodies
• Higher education organisations
• Charities
• Private individuals

Since founding Petrichor Property Consulting, he has advised landowners and developers all manner of mixed use development projects.

Whilst some projects are very large complex multi-phased developments for Blue Chip companies, Kamil has also worked on many much smaller projects and prides himself on offering same best in class advice regardless of the relative value of the assets.

Outside of work, Kamil is a father of one son, coaches and plays cricket, ski’s, mountain bikes and can be often found in his local park, where he volunteers as a gardener.
